Moody’s/RCA CPPI rises on increase in core commercial, apartments

The Moody’s/RCA Commercial Property Price Indices national all-property composite index rose by 1.4% in November. The increase was driven in part by a rise in core commercial prices, which went up by 1.5% while apartment prices were up by 1.1%, according to a report from Moody’s Investors Service. Meanwhile, suburban office prices saw the strongest growth over the last three months and increased by 5.5%. “Retail was the only segment to see a price decline over the last 3 months, down by 0.4%,” the report stated.
